To collaborate with team to source and deliver the best candidate for open positions via professional networks such as LinkedIn, internal recruitment tools, social media, and job boards.
To deliver all key activities within the talent acquisition process, including proactively sourcing, screening of candidates, reviewing resumes, background checks, interviewing, and facilitating offer placement.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
Represent the company at global job fairs, networking events, and industry seminars, as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the full cycle of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on international or local recruitment.
Proven ability to source, assess, and place talent in overseas & local markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
Self-discipline, goal-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be highly preferred for communicating with Chinese-speaking talents or clients.
