Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we continue to expand, our company is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. This is a critical role that will support our hiring needs and drive efforts to discover, attract, and engage top talent across our business functions. What You’ll Do:

• Execute strategies to deliver on our hiring goals as part of the overall people strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Engage with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business needs and desired candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, external vendors, and recruitment partners.
• Create strong talent pipelines for current and future roles through diverse sourcing strategies.
• Represent our employer brand through networking, candidate interactions, and industry events.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Leverage data-driven insights to provide updates and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Advocate, educate, and influence key stakeholders on diversity strategy, engagement, and talent conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 - 5 years of TA experience.
• Proven track record in hiring mid-to-senior level roles within a global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in engaging with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
