Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top talent using various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen and assess candidates for job fit and culture alignment
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Provide market insights and intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers
• Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition sourcing, preferably in a technology or global company
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations
