Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners.

Candidate Experience:

  • Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Market Research & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies to ensure alignment with market demands and business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
