Drive Talent Acquisition needs aligned with business plan, fulfill right matched pipeline vacancies in the organization as full hiring cycle including job approval, job posting, search and selection, offering and pre on boarding.
Drive to promote diverse recruiting channels for the fulfillment as a most cost and time effectiveness achieving recruiting annual metrics.
Measure recruiting performance by preparing reports and dashboards. Effectively manage the recruiting channels to facilitate the strategic and real needs. (The channels and platforms include but not limited as internal, direct search, talent pool mapping, social media, referrals, campus, recruiting agency etc.)
Build competitive market maps to enhance the talent market insight and pipeline pooling.
Employer Branding

Employee Learning Development

Support to organize local learning activities and collecting/analysis learning needs.
Work with Talent management team to support on local talent development program.
