Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their talent needs.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferably for efficient communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
