Our client is a prominent player in the plantation, industrial, and food manufacturing sector, dedicated to sustainable agricultural practices and high-quality production. As they continue to expand and strengthen their workforce, they are seeking a talented and dynamic professional to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Executive.

This role offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, with estate travel (25%) providing valuable industry exposure. Join a team that values innovation, professional growth, and long-term success!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring across various departments.
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and career fairs, to connect with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience for all applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring demands.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and keep management informed of hiring progress.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Travel to estates as needed to support hiring efforts, engage with candidates, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Take on additional projects and operational tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to estate as part of the job requirements.
  • Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
