Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including managing the Manpower Requisition Form for both replacement and new headcounts, as well as sourcing, shortlisting, assessing, selecting, offering, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand and address their recruitment needs effectively.
Handle job vacancy advertisements across social media platforms and job portals.
Partner with recruitment agencies to participate in hiring initiatives and recruitment drives.
Manage internal transfer requests.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports.
Develop strategies to build talent pipelines, conduct research, generate referrals, organize events, and execute sourcing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Foster positive relationships with candidates and support them through their probation period.
Undertake HR-related projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, encompassing both agency and in-house settings.
In-depth knowledge, a positive attitude, and hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
