Job description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and help us attract top talent for our company.

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talents. This position requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with candidates who possess the technical expertise and cultural fit for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  3. Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials to engage potential candidates.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

  1. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  2. Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Recruitment Process Management:

  1. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
  3. Prepare and extend job offers, along with the onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  1. Promote the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
  2. Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical roles.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
