As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support high-volume hiring across various business functions. What You’ll Do:
Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking efforts.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree.
1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling volume hiring.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using job portals, social media, and networking strategies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
