Apply now for the Talent Acquisition Consultant position and play a key role in supporting talent acquisition and recruitment activities for our Malaysia & Indonesia Office. He/she will act as an advisor to hiring managers and be the brand ambassador of Siemens Healthineers. This is a 12 months fixed term contract role under an Agency.

Your Role:

  1. You will proofread job description and create job posting to attract the right talent for the roles.
  2. You will screen and shortlist candidates to be presented to the hiring manager.
  3. You will assist in interview arrangement for the hiring manager and candidate.
  4. You will develop and maintain TA analytics dashboard. You will collect and interpret data to identify patterns and trends; translate into useful information for TA/ HR decision. You will monitor and ensure data quality in the dashboard.
  5. You will assist in organizing recruiting & employer branding events.
  6. You will advise HR and line management in recruitment related matters.
  7. You will ensure that recruiting process adheres to local related employment and labor regulations.

Your expertise:

  3. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. You can prioritize work for the best interest of the team.
  5. You have problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks given.
  6. You have excellent organizational and planning skills.
  7. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. You are proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel - very strong Excel skills including developing complex formulas.
  9. English is the mandatory language required for the job as to liaise with multilingual speaking associates in the region. Your knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia language is a requirement.
  10. Working Location: Malaysia/ Indonesia (Only local will be considered and no Visa sponsorship will be provided.)
