Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate - F&B (Under 3rd Party Contractor)

Primary Purpose:

To provide recruitment and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia and Singapore.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

• Research and create an external database of qualified candidates for all levels of positions proactively.
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies, process job requisitions, coordinate advertising for open positions, and screen resumes.
• Conduct interviews, provide comments, and manage the interview process with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Facilitate offer letter management and onboarding for new joiners.
• Carry out administrative tasks as needed.

The accomplished individual will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality industry.
• Passion and an interest in fashion are a must.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.
• Creative problem solver, flexible, positive, and with great teamwork spirit.
• Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships with different parties.
• Good computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
