Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic recruitment team. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to one year of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in recruitment. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talents to drive our business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Post job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance TDCX’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in HR practices.
