Talent Acquisition And Human Resource Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Work effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule and manage interviews aligned with business development and recruitment strategies.
  • Advertise vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals, and other consultancies for high-profile jobs.
  • Regular assessment of resumes and profiles, background/reference checks, documenting all interviews at their representative stage with consistent follow-up to closure.
  • Control hiring activities and onboarding processes according to recruitment guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle recruitment administration such as P-File preparation, data tabulation, and other administrative matters as required.
  • Provide any other ad-hoc support as assigned by immediate superiors.

Human Resource:

  • Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Oversee training and development activities, including arranging appropriate vendors and programs, and maintaining training records.
  • Update HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with statutory requirements, and update the employee handbook.
  • Update and maintain the employee database and physical documents such as employee records, leave systems, and employee letters of undertaking.
  • Administer and manage employee welfare activities, including logistical requirements involved.
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements such as air tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Process claims from Government Bodies such as maternity claims, childcare leave claims, and statutory claims.

Requirements:

  • Education level: Degree from college and above, related to any major.
  • Experience in recruitment and human resources for at least 3 years, preferably a mixture of BPO and in-house HR department.
  • Capability to work independently under guidance.
  • Experience in handling regional HR matters (Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong) is advantageous.

  • Expected salary: RM4,500 - RM7,000 per month.
