This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

The Consultant will play a key role in understanding the unique requirements of the hotel industry to support the scoping, vendor selection and initiating projects as part of the client's team.

You will:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
• Support digital innovation projects specific to hotels, such as RFID implementation, group booking systems, and housekeeping automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering and documentation (functional and non-functional) in system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with UAT processes, including briefing, planning, and execution.
• Strong understanding of consulting/project management best practices and trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
