Configured in state-of-the-art SoCs, the Atom emphasis is to enable an incredible user experience with highly integrated functionality while driving the industry with a longer battery life.
You will be responsible for driving the system validation of low power Atom SoCs, which includes validation execution in our state-of-the-art lab, results analysis, bug detection, and root cause analysis.
You must be able to develop relationships and work cross-functionally with other team members from the HW Functional Validation group.
Self-motivation and problem solving are valued as you will need to understand silicon and board interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
At the bachelor's level, a minimum of 1 year experience with design and/or validation experience.
Minimum 1 year of post-Si validation.
Minimum 1 year experience in silicon debug.
Minimum 1 year experience in the following skills: SoC architecture, CPU architecture, board and system operation, and validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year experience in at least one of the following: SoC peripherals (USB, SD, MMC, UART, I2C, SSP), SoC security features, low power design or testing, CPU core validation, design for debug - validation.
2+ years experience in software debug tools (logic analyzers, high-speed scopes).
