Responsible as a System support specialist by providing help desk assistance and technical support for all types of issues affecting end users, such as software problems, network breakdowns, and hardware failures.
Responsible for directing or performing all activities related to maintaining a successful database environment by ensuring an organization's database and its related applications operate functionally and efficiently.
Responsible for system authorization such as managing user roles and user IDs.
Responsible for generating monthly support reports.
Responsible for delivering the tasks assigned on time and within/to the estimated time frame.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Information System or Computer Science
