System Developer

Systems Developer plays a key role in implementation of company-wide digitization initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Work with company management and external consultants to develop systems for the company digitization roadmap.
2. Develop and extend proprietary in-house systems and technologies for deployment to the appropriate platform for each department.
3. Document key methodologies and systems for business continuity.
4. Execution of Company-wide IT Plan, work with the Business Analyst, vendors and external consultants.
5. First-level support of in-house Office Systems and proprietary software.

Qualifications

1. Full-stack experience developing or team management in Web, Intranet, Mobile or Desktop environments.
2. Fluent in .Net languages (C#, VB.Net), PHP, Javascript and have the proclivity to quickly acquire others as required.
3. Working experience in 2D or 3D CAD automation, and/ or business process analysis.
4. 2-3 years working experience, or extensive project or hobby work in systems and/or software development, implementation in an existing business in any capacity is a plus (come prepared to answer questions about your work).
5. Independent, resourceful worker with excellent problem solving skills.
6. Quick learner, good with understanding abstract concepts and workflow visualization.
