System Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Analyst to assess, design, and improve IT systems that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will analyse system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to enhance performance and security.

Job Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
2. System Design & Architecture: Define system specifications and design solutions based on business needs.
3. Technical Documentation: Create system diagrams (Activity/Sequence/ERD/UML etc), use cases, and technical documentation.
4. Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure system integrity through testing.
5. Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve system issues, providing technical support.
6. Process Improvement: Optimize workflows, automation, and system enhancements.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
8. Security & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security and compliance standards. Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and promote professional growth and advancement within the team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in system analysis, IT consulting, or a related role.
3. Proficiency in SQL, databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB etc.)
4. Knowledge of API integrations, RESTful services
5. Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Aliyun, Azure etc.)
7. Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
