Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan (LOCAL MALAYSIA ONLY)

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews/workshops to understand needs and define system requirements.
2. Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system architecture.
3. Design UI/UX using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma for layout and interaction flow.
4. Evaluate and integrate new systems with existing infrastructure for automation and optimization.
5. Develop test plans, conduct testing, and resolve issues to ensure system performance and usability.
6. Provide training, create user manuals, and assist in system adoption and utilization.
7. Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and implement updates or identify vulnerabilities, collaborate on cybersecurity measures, and ensure data protection compliance.
8. Maintain transparent communication with business users and teams, providing progress updates.

Qualifications

1. 2 - 3 years working experience as System Analyst or Software Tester.
2. Possess at least a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Software Engineering, or any equivalent related field.
