Reporting to the Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for conducting 3rd party audits in areas of MSPO, ISO, ISCC, RSPO, and Product Certification Management system. We welcome candidates who are keen to take up regional exposure and the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal and external communication regarding client management needs such as audit planning and amendments to client database information.
2. Apply knowledge of business improvement techniques when auditing client organizations.
3. Provide customer focus and value-added auditing to the clients.
4. Actively maintain and monitor to ensure achieving relevant audit performance indicators.
5. Promote and sell Certification programs.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Science/Engineering.
2. At least 3 years full-time work experience in the related field for MSPO; minimum 5 years experience in Palm Oil Industries.
3. Good written and spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and professional presentation.
4. Confidence in dealing and communicating with all levels of a business from Executives to operational levels.
5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. In-depth experience across a broad range of industries will also be seen as a definite advantage.
6. Has attended and passed ISO 9001:2015.
7. Has qualification as Auditor in MSPO, ISCC, RSPO Textile Program or ISO 9001 from a recognized Certification Body would be an added advantage.
8. Familiar with Program MSPO, ISCC, RSPO, Textile Program.
9. Frequent travel for audits is required, including to remote areas or overseas.
