1. Create and implement a sustainability framework for the organisation.
2. Lead and cultivate the annual sustainability report, with a focus on highlighting non-financial performance metrics.
3. Stay abreast of regulatory compliance requirements and industry advancements concerning sustainability, ensuring alignment with company operations.
4. Drive the integration of ESG practices throughout the business, emphasising the development of roadmaps, deliverables, and implementation strategies across areas such as design, operations, KPIs, and beyond.
5. Collaborate with pertinent departments to ensure adherence to these standards when needed.
6. Assess, coordinate, and submit applications for reputable awards to bolster the company's reputation and recognize outstanding individual projects.
7. Continuously monitor ESG ratings using established measures and KPIs. Identify areas and processes with potential for improvement in alignment with the company's sustainability objectives.

skills and requirements

• Degree in Public Relations, Mass Comm or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in area of sustainability and property development industry
• Capable of efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Focused on achieving results within specified timelines and budgets, demonstrating innovation, creativity, resourcefulness, and strong dedication.
• Possessing strong analytical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
