Supply Chain Technical Analyst
Owns planning of a more complex supply chain link.
Develops, optimizes, coordinates, and drives execution of supply chain planning schedules, materials, forecasts, build plan and capacity requirements, logistics and inventory optimization to meet customer requirements.
Collaborates with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to support standard and custom solutions from materials and supply chain perspectives.
Regularly applies mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics, and optimization modeling to find patterns and relationships in data to help optimize inventory, material, network flow, time, and cost efficiency, and creates supply strategies.
Develops initial product set-up/bill of materials/supply chain model designs.
Develops data structures and standardized reports to support supply chain business strategies.
Establishes or maintains database(s) to manage supply chain information, dashboards, and reports.
Manages supply disruption events and provides clear communication to partners on adjusted build plan and priorities, trade-offs, and recommendations to meet customer demand.
Communicates, explains, and clarifies issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translates business requirements.
Performs specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes; provides input to system/process design; and/or provides content knowledge support and troubleshooting.
May work on several projects and/or programs simultaneously, managing multi-stakeholders, conduct budget, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, any Planning discipline or related field of study with 4 years of experience or a Master’s degree in the above fields with 2+ years of experience.
Experience in technology and manufacturing especially the semiconductor industry.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management.
Supply planning experience to support customer demand and revenue target achievement.
Experience using enterprise IT systems for supply planning.
Experience working with Power BI, Power Query, SQL.
Prior experience in manufacturing or product qualifications.
