Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist to evaluate, monitor, and enhance the social and environmental performance of our suppliers worldwide. As part of our small but impactful global Supply Chain Sustainability Team, you will collaborate across regions to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Evaluation and Monitoring: Assess and continuously monitor suppliers' compliance with social responsibility and environmental sustainability and the RBA standards.
• Continuous Improvement Support: Work closely with suppliers to create and implement action plans for continuous improvement in social, environmental, and ethical performance.
• Audit Coordination: Organize and oversee supplier audits in line with RBA guidelines to ensure adherence to ethical business practices.
• Training and Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs to suppliers to improve compliance and sustainability efforts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local and international regulations related to human rights, labor laws, and environmental standards to ensure supplier compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on supplier performance, audit findings, and progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members to ensure consistency and progress, while maintaining the ability to work independently when needed.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, Sustainability, Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on supply chain management, sustainability, social audits, or corporate social responsibility. Experience driving supplier performance in alignment with the RBA standards a strong plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of human rights, labor laws, environmental regulations, and the RBA standards.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a small global team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing sustainability landscape.
