Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Supply Chain to join our team in Seremban.

What your role will be?

Reporting to the Sr Specialist, Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and on-time delivery of outsourced products from suppliers to Ansell regions
• Provide order & shipment data and feedback for business process reporting.
• Ensure documentation is provided to regions in a timely manner
• Conduct weekly and monthly reporting
• Be responsible for conformance to corporate policies, documented procedures, and work instructions in accordance to sourcing & procurement processes.
• Support projects related to the job as assigned.
• Provide training to suppliers for the Ansell vendor self-service portal
• Support ad-hoc requests

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement
• Knowledge of purchasing module on ERP preferred.
• Literate in basic computer application software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English and proficiency in Chinese as we need to communicate with our China counterpart
• Meticulous in performing assigned duties and punctual in response time
• Possess a high standard of personal and collaborative teamwork.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
