Company Background:

We are representing our client, a solar system supplier in Malaysia. With the expansion, they are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager to be based at Ara Damansara, PJ.

• Salary: up to RM15,000
• Working Days: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Hybrid basis

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Strategic Procurement Planning
• Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management

Warehouse & Logistics:

• Logistics & Delivery Coordination
• Oversee Warehousing Operations
• Transportation / Logistics Management
• Sourcing and Supplier Development

Team Management:

• Performance Monitoring
• Team Leadership and Development

Process Improvement:

• Technology & Process Improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in supervising warehouse operations, coordinating logistics, and managing transportation fleets.
• Experience in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
• Familiar with ERP systems and other relevant supply chain management tools.
• Familiarity with the Solar PV sector, particularly in residential and commercial markets.
