Role Brief:
•Supply Chain Manager will take the responsibility for all aspects of customer service, planning, inventory management, and logistics operation. This role will lead and develop the function to be best in class.

HSEQ:
•Actively lead the team for safer work practices and ensuring team's compliance with safety standards and local government regulations.
•Work closely with the team to improve safety culture.
•Ensure product and packaging quality are maintained for all deliveries.

Principal Responsibilities:
•Supervision of department staff, responsible for the day-to-day management of Physical Distribution, Manufacturing plan, and Warehouse management including:
•To ensure the monthly manufacturing plan reflects the sales volume required, machine loading, and delivery status (Sales & Operations Planning).
•Raw materials planning.
•Administration of import duties exemption and regulatory.
•Warehouse management including control of goods receipt, storage, issuance, and rejection of materials and ensure all raw materials are labeled, stored, handled, and controlled to the Quality Assurance Procedure and Health and Safety requirements.
•Responsible for the out-bound transport management.
•Responsible for Logistics cost (Labor, Packaging & Transportation).
•Organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktaking exercises and ensures the adequate supply of trained personnel to expedite stocktaking.
•Timely shipment and delivery of all finished goods from both ex-works and ex-stock sales.
•Co-ordinate departments and individuals to create synergism of individual contribution and constantly review and advise current priorities.
•To ensure all departments under his/her control operate within the budget levels for labor and finance i.e. inventory control.
•Through constant review and observations ensure all staff matters under his/her supervision are adequately trained and competent to carry out the duties and responsibilities of their appointment. Where additional training is required to correct employee inefficiency ensure the training is carried out without delay or as soon as possible, following the Superior's approval if funding is required.
•Participate in the preparation and presentation of the Annual Management plan and Budget and assist in the review of the auditing of the Quality Assurance System as and when required.
•Participate in the ISO internal Audit and good manage and control as per ISO9001, ISO14000, and ISO18000.
•Perform any other duties as determined by Superior and which can be considered beneficial to the company and within your own capabilities, without detriment or injury to yourself.
•Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with the environmental management requirement.
•Overseeing the environmental performance of organizations and for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental strategies that promote sustainable development.

Authority:
•Authority to stop the Materials entering the company (compound, PVC, Steel wire, Copper wire which do not follow the quality and specification).
•Authority on the safety & environmental of Logistics and warehousing.

POSITION SPECIFICATION:

Education:
•Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience:
•Minimum 5 to 8 years' relevant experience in the related field, heavy equipment industry, or heavy Machinery Industry and minimum 3 years in Management level.
•Excellent knowledge of advanced material planning systems and techniques.
•Experience in an international company will be an advantage.
•SAP knowledge is not a prerequisite but most welcomed.
•Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
