Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• To ensure effective communication between Sales and Product Marketing with the intention to improve forecast accuracy for Sell in, Sell Out, Order Earliness, Aging Stocks and consistent demand input as per consensus in line with product marketing direction.
• Identify and conduct analyses on underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or solutions to problems.
• Consolidate reports and provide further commentaries for overall business performance as well as identification of risk and opportunities.
• Liaise with HQ and Factory to align local supply and demand.
• To support on RHQ and HQ reports in Korean.
• To train sales team members at branch level on all current and new developments of GSCM to ensure smooth daily business operation and to prepare for branches to cover wider product scope.
• Ensure all SCM KPIs are met according to company direction with the mindset of using it as an important tool to conduct all business in the future.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Finance / Marketing / Actuarial etc.
• Preferable at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and an analytic thinker.
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Supply Chain Management / Planning / Administrative Support or equivalent and experience in managing a team. Strong presentation and communication skills and familiar with different mechanisms for data presentation.
