Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead transformational initiatives focused on cost savings, automation, and process streamlining across multiple departments. This role requires a leader with a strong ability to drive efficiency, implement automation, and manage challenges while ensuring smooth and effective supply chain operations.

1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs without compromising service levels.
2. Identify wasteful processes and recommend automation or other efficiency-improving measures.
3. Leverage data analytics and technology to optimize inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices
5. Evaluate and implement Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, and ERP solutions.
6. Drive automation initiatives to enhance warehouse management, logistics tracking, and order fulfillment.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of digital tools into operations.
8. Oversee the efficient management of warehouse operations and improve inventory control processes to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
9. Optimize logistics and shipping operations to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries and reduce delays and errors.
10. Lead and manage teams across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
11. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple departments while identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with strong focus on cost-saving initiatives and automation.
3. Proven experience in managing complex of multiple department operations (warehouse, logistics, invoicing, customer service and shipping).
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage challenging situation and drive performance.
5. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization are added advantage.
6. Hands-on experience with ERP NetSuite, WMS, and any other supply chain technologies.
7. Strong stakeholder management experience, working with cross-functional teams.
8. Willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
