Supply Chain Manager

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to align with business goals.
• Optimize procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost and quality.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods for both F&B and retail sectors.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stock shortages and overstocking.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and forecast demand.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Optimize route planning, transportation costs, and delivery schedules.

5. Demand & Forecast Planning

• Analyze sales trends, market demand, and seasonality to forecast inventory needs.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Implement data-driven approaches for supply chain decision-making.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure supply chain operations comply with regulatory and food safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and quality control issues.
• Maintain sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

Job Requirement

• At least a Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role of full spectrum-SCM
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers from China.
• Experience in using Autocount/Outlook will be value added.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
