Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the role and job environment of Supply Chain Management within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will assist and support the Supply Chain team in various documentation tasks, preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning and Understanding Supply Chain Management:
   • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices and processes, particularly within the F&B industry.
   • Understand the role of Supply Chain Management in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the F&B business.
2. Documentation Support:
   • Assist Supply Chain team members in organizing and maintaining accurate documentation.
   • Ensure that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible for the team.
   • Support in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documents.
3. Purchase Requisition and Order Preparation:
   • Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
   • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
4. Ad Hoc Support:
   • Provide support for the Supply Chain team in any other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about Supply Chain Management in the F&B industry.
