We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive/ Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at Breezway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Sungai Kapar Indah, Klang Selangor, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimising our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibility in SAP

• Setup and liaise with SAP consultant on BOM structure for new and current product.
• Ensure all products have correct routing and weight (Injection parts)
• Assist Operations Manager to maintain MPR system.
• Verify production WIP SAP against Production Master Schedule and provide monthly summary report.
• Conduct weekly meeting with Operation Manager to update status of SAP project.
• Prepare monthly update project status in Operation Meeting HIT.
• Oversee the purchasing team from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supply Chain optimization, continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibility in Inventory control

• Prepare and plan Injection schedule on monthly basis, by reducing Mould Change over.
• Review CO07/ Picking done by planner each time material issued to production.
• Verify COGI cleared on daily basis.
• Review inventory movement such as FIFO, issuing and receiving goods are correctly done.
• Accountable to daily update dashboard and review with Operations Manager.
• Lead inventory count (daily, monthly, yearly) with Warehouse team and review results with Operation Manager.
• Prepare monthly inventory summary report.
• Verify Purchase Requisition form and obtain approval from Operations Manager.
• Responsible to ensure all stock count listing/ docket document are well kept with proper labelling.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of SAP system
• Thorough understanding of supply chain best practices and inventory management
• Organized and good documentation
