Salary: RM2,500

Job Description

1. Ensure orders are processed in line with customers' delivery requirements.
2. Liaise with customers on resolving any issues pertaining to delivery & shipment of goods.
3. Generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
4. Access customer portal and perform monthly sales report for invoices.
5. Monitor customer sales by regular access to their portal.
6. Responsible for stock returns from customers due to defects and prepare Credit Notes.
7. Perform other job duties as requested by immediate Superior / HOD.
