Supply Chain Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
2. Monitoring inventory levels and allocating stocks as needed.
3. Analysing and receiving supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
4. Manage the purchasing process for trading goods to ensure that stock levels are maintained and stockouts are avoided.
5. Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure that suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations.
6. Collaborate with departments like IB, Trading & Ops to ensure that purchasing activities are aligned with the needs of the business.
7. Any other duties assigned by superior.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent degree.
2. Experience in Demand Planning and oversea shipment arrangement is an added advantage.
3. Good in inventory planning, data analysis, and forecasting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Having the ability to analyze, understand, able to interpret patterns and trends.
