Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Monitoring inventory levels and allocating stocks as needed.
• Analysing and receiving supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage the purchasing process for trading goods to ensure that stock levels are maintained and stockouts are avoided.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure that suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with departments like IB, Trading & Ops to ensure that purchasing activities are aligned with the needs of the business.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent degree.
• Experience in Demand Planning and overseas shipment arrangement is an added advantage.
• Good in inventory planning, data analysis, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Having the ability to analyze, understand, and interpret patterns and trends.
