Position Purpose

This role requires a proactive, a team player & an open minded individual as a Supply Chain Executive supporting Regional Operation Manager.

Logistics

  • Handling Outbound/Export shipments to Southeast Asia countries
  • Inbound shipments from Global to Southeast Asia Joint Venture. Balance demand and supply needs of the regional countries, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required.
  • Process invoices for Global to Hong Kong Joint Venture.
  • Manage Singapore & Hong Kong stock transfer:
  • Get freight quotation approved from Finance Director.
  • Liaise with outbound team for booking of shipments via Cargo base.
  • Manage Inbound discrepancies and report/submit claim to Global.
  • Manage Singapore bundling (Article creation, Update PLC, bundle PO to send to warehouse for processing, Ensure H.S.A & ICP updated, decoding assigned).
  • Stocks transfer within Storage locations (MIGO).
  • Assist with reports (Supply tracker, tracking shipments, consolidate discrepancies, outbound freight details).
  • Checking on vendor’s billing (forwarder, Courier, HK local delivery, etc).

Customer Care support

  • Liaising with Singapore Commercial team in filling up TPR template for Finance director’s approval
  • Liaising with Customer Care (JV) in Singapore & Export unfulfillment sales order vs stock availability.
  • Be the point of contact for the commercial team to consolidate SIV-FOC request and check stock availability in respective storage locations.
  • Following up with Outbound team on Post good issues, ensure tax invoice are issued to Singapore Cash on Delivery customers & Oversea customers.
  • Sending statement of account (SOA) to all customers & follow up on payment before releasing of goods.

Requirements:

  1. 3–4 years of experience in demand/supply planning and inbound/outbound logistics
  2. Customer service experience is an added advantage
  3. Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (role supports the Hong Kong market)
  6. Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  7. Strong team player with collaborative mindset
  8. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  9. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  10. Adaptable to changes in the fast-paced FMCG industry
  11. Willing to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
