Supply Chain Excellence Manager (SAP Expert)

You will be joining a European multinational company with a leading market position in the chemical industry. The rapid expansion of their global hub in Kuala Lumpur calls for an experienced Supply Chain Excellence Manager to manage supply chain improvement processes for the APAC region.

Your new role

As the Supply Chain Excellence Manager for the APAC region, you will be responsible for leading projects for process and system (SAP) improvement, including Master Data migration and process improvements. You will be tasked to develop and optimise the Supply Chain services in all areas including Transport Management, Order-To-Cash, and Sales & Distribution. You are responsible for conducting feasibility, impact, and cost analysis of prospective new services in a new/existing business region. You will need to constantly identify any needs for optimisation/process changes and lead the implementation drive, ensuring that all service models conform to corporate requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role within a similar industry will lead to your success, as will:

• Experience working in Supply Chain operations (TM, OTC).
• Strong knowledge of Transport Management and logistics processes.
• System expert in SAP (OTC/TM Module), preferably well-versed in SAP S4 HANA.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to drive process changes (OTC council, TM, freight costing).
