About the role
As the Supply Chain & Distribution Manager (Manufacturing), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management of the company's supply chain and distribution operations at our manufacturing facility in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in logistics and supply chain management to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of products to customers
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution centre, including inventory control, order processing, and transportation scheduling
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise the supply chain and identify areas for improvement
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management
• Leading and motivating a team of supply chain and logistics professionals

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain strategies and managing complex logistics operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and technology
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
