Supervisor, Routine Maintenance (Segamat, Johor)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and supervise Sub Con at site following work programme for routine, traffic management plan and project scheduling at site.
2. Attend and execute Emergency work timely as required by the contract/client.
3. Compile and prepare supporting document for claim submission.
4. Prepare supporting documents for payment process.
5. Liaison person to compile supporting and related document from client/sub-contractors.
6. Check and report on sub con performance at site and follow up progress at site.
7. Timely attending any emergency case during on call duty.
8. High compliance on SOP and company safety act.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent fields.
2. 1 to 3 years working experience in Construction and Maintenance Industry (Highway, Road Maintenance, Building, Bridge).
3. Possesses a valid B2 & D driving licenses.
