What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in retail.
• Candidates with experience in mobile device sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, able to multi-task, time management, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written English language.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Shortlisted candidate is required to work in Mydin Tunjong KB (Kelantan).

Seeking a proactive individual to drive our mobile device trade-in business, assisting customers with data transfers and ensuring secure cataloging of devices. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store improvement initiatives. Additional duties may be assigned as required. Join our team and help enhance our retail outlet's success!

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

• Manage the retail store and the employees by motivating and developing the retail team to increase trade-in sales whilst ensuring efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team.
• Ensure the store and all retail employees comply with the company SOP, guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Drive trade-in sales by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices in return for cash.
• Assist customers who traded-in their mobile devices in transferring their data from their current mobile devices to their new device, when necessary.
• Accurately catalogue the trade-in devices into the system and store them in a secure location.
• Attend to customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting customer expectations.
• Resolve customers' issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend to and manage trade-in sales, cash register and processing payments.
• Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, and the product displays are always presentable.
• Assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
