Job description
Job Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
- Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
- Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Plan and delegate work duties to the staff and ensure that they work according to the compliance of the café business.
- Oversee the staff for the smooth running of the café.
- Train new employees as per their abilities and skills.
- Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors.
- Inspect the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections of the café and ensure proper hygiene is maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.
- Prepare daily reports and present them to the higher management.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other café essentials are adequately stocked.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years working experience in the related industry (Hotel/Café/Food industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel or similar software.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work in a team and hardworking.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to work both on weekdays and on weekends.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
- Good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
