This position is responsible for operations of specific programs that being assigned to by ensuring delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
  • Handle customer complaints regarding inventory.
  • Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
  • Perform stock movement and adjustment updates in WMS.
  • Communicate and update customers via email on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as required.
  • Complete all required documentation such as inventory reports, damage reports, rework reports, etc., and submit them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and supervise a group of workers from the agency to ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Organize team members and delegate tasks among subordinates on a daily basis.
  • Provide support to the warehouse senior executive in implementing initiatives to meet the warehouse's goals, strategy, and policies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the overall warehouse area and take necessary actions to maintain conditions.
  • Stop and report any unsafe activities within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM level with good results.
  • Physically fit with good eyesight.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehousing experience.
  • Able to work in shift patterns.
  • Supervisory experience with a good track record.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate staff towards continuous improvement.
  • Basic (or better) MS Office, Excel, and computer skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Independent, team player with high integrity.
