Responsibilities:

1. Independently lead the entire production line, track and achieve production plans, maintain production line management efficiency, and improve processes.
2. Handle and follow up on production quality issues.
3. Organize and analyze production records and reports.
4. Manage and coordinate shipment arrangements and statistics, achieve production and shipping targets, ensure smooth production line operations, and follow up on production progress.
5. Control production costs.
6. Assist in improving product yield rates.
7. Facilitate communication and coordination within the department and with other departments.
8. Plan and manage the operation of factory equipment.
9. Develop and manage energy-saving operations for water, air, and electricity.
10. Plan and manage factory construction projects.
11. Oversee the overall planning and management of the manufacturing department.

Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant management experience in manufacturing and production.

Work Location: Factory located at Senai Airport City.

Educational Requirements: University degree or higher; Field of Study: Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Language Requirements: Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
