About the Team

The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok ensures that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content. Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content, including images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, and content that exploits or endangers children.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide guidance to labelers during operations regarding quality and policy.
• Support the definition of processes and policies, consistently communicate updates to content labelers in a timely manner.
• Guide new joiners, provide refresher training, and clarify policies by working closely with QA.
• Identify and provide feedback for process improvement from moderators/QA.
• Assist the team leader with operational tasks and performance monitoring in their absence.
• Assist with queue moderation if needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a BPO/call center/customer service environment.
• Good attention to detail and comfort using data analysis to identify trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Driven and self-motivated with a desire to improve.
• Previous coaching experience is highly desired.
• Possess potential future leadership qualities.
