What You Will Do

Empowering Clients

• Personalised Style Consultations:
  You will work closely with clients, helping them discover their best colours and personal styles. Your insights will guide them towards feeling confident and aligned with who they truly are.
• Facilitating Group Learning:
  You will lead group sessions where clients can learn from each other, explore styling techniques, and build a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
• Building Long-Term Relationships:
  You will maintain ongoing connections with clients, offering seasonal updates and personalised style tips to keep them engaged and inspired on their journey.

Collaborating and Innovating

• Creative Problem Solving:
  Every day presents new challenges. You will bring fresh ideas and practical solutions to improve client experiences, streamline workflows, and help Ollumia grow.
• Working Closely with the Team:
  You will share your insights and collaborate with your colleagues, contributing to training programmes and resources that help Ollumia evolve and stay at the cutting edge of personal styling.
• Driving Innovation:
  As Ollumia continues to expand, you will play a key role in refining our proprietary colour system, ensuring it is consistent, impactful, and evolving to meet the needs of our clients.
• Staying Ahead of Trends:
  You will keep a finger on the pulse of the latest trends in fashion, beauty, and styling, ensuring Ollumia remains relevant and forward-thinking.
• Creating Meaningful Content:
  Collaborate with the marketing team to share your expertise through content that inspires others—whether it is styling tips, client success stories, or seasonal recommendations.
• Engaging with the Community:
  Represent Ollumia at events, workshops, and activations, helping spread the word about our transformative approach and connecting with new clients.
• Client Preparation and Follow-Up:
  You will ensure everything is in place before and after consultations, from preparing tailored materials to documenting key insights, ensuring every client experience is thoughtful and seamless.
• Maintaining Resources:
  You will help keep tools, resources, and client databases up to date, ensuring a smooth operation that delivers high-quality service at every touchpoint.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• Starting total compensation ranges from MYR 45,000 to MYR 70,000 annually, including base salary and performance-based bonuses. Compensation grows with your contributions and performance.
• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions are provided, alongside annual and medical leave. We are also exploring comprehensive insurance coverage to further support your well-being.

What We Are Looking For

Key Qualities

• Clear Communicator: You connect with clients and teammates confidently and empathetically. Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Melayu is required; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Creative Thinker: You have a keen eye for style and colour and are excited to explore new ways to innovate.
• Eager Learner: You are ready to master Ollumia’s proprietary system and continue growing your skills.
• Empathetic Presence: You inspire trust and confidence, creating an environment where clients feel understood and valued.

Additional Strengths

• A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in personal styling, makeup artistry, or image consulting.
• A background in client-facing roles in beauty, fashion, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of colour theory or personal colour analysis.
