• To do cold calls, consultations, and attend school/education fairs for student recruitment.
• Maximize profits through local/domestic student recruitment.
• To achieve the sales number as per assigned.
• Develop sales strategies that match educational requirements by promoting Kolej MDIS Malaysia’s programs, products, services, and/or ideas.
• Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment targets.
• Conduct research & collect data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
• Campaign and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels in the assigned region.
• Update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Coordinate internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.
• Perform weekend duty on a rotation basis.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with a passion for Sales.
• Knowledge of the Education Industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of planning sales exhibitions and conducting business previews for local/domestic events.
• Willing to travel for roadshows/schools.
• Willing to work beyond working hours (if required).
• Energetic & able to work under pressure.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
• This is a Sales KPI-oriented position; commission is granted for successful student placements.
• Preference is given to those who can start immediately.
