Student Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

1. To do cold call, consultation and attend to school/education fair for student recruitment.
2. Maximize profits through Local/domestic student recruitment.
3. To achieve the sales number as per assigned.
4. Developing sales strategies that match educational requirements by promoting Kolej MDIS Malaysia’s program, product, services and/or ideas.
5. Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.
6. Conducting research & collecting data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
7. Campaigning and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels on assigned region.
8. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
9. Coordinating internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.
10. Perform weekend duty in rotation basis.
11. Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma holder with passion in Sales.
2. Knowledge of the Education Industry will be an added advantage.
3. Knowledge on planning of sales exhibitions fairs & conduct business previews for local/domestic events.
4. Willing to travel for roadshow/schools.
5. Willing to work beyond working hours (if required)
6. Energetic & able to work under pressure
7. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
8. Excellent Communication skills
9. This is a Sales KPI oriented position, commission is granted for the success student placement.
