Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Own the strategic planning process, setting a clear direction for business growth and ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
  • Develop and execute strategies for scaling, market diversification, and global expansion.
  • Identify emerging trends, untapped market opportunities, and customer needs to shape the company’s future growth trajectory.

• AI-Driven Innovation:

  • Lead the application of AI technologies to optimize internal processes, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operations, driving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of cutting-edge technology and data-driven decision-making across all teams.

• Investor Relations & Communication:

  • Act as the company’s spokesperson to investors, delivering clear, actionable financial insights, reports, and forecasts.
  • Foster strong relationships with key investors, ensuring trust, transparency, and alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure all growth initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to stay ahead of market shifts and ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MBA, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, growth strategy execution, and business transformation.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across departments.
• Passion for innovation, and a decisive action-taker with a results-driven mindset.
