Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Business Partnerships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective solutions.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, and employer branding efforts.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Support the development and execution of performance management frameworks to ensure fair evaluations and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in structuring competitive salary and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and value-driven workplace culture.
  • Implement engagement programs and conduct employee satisfaction surveys to drive improvement.

HR Data & Analytics:

  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to track trends, assess HR initiatives, and support decision-making.
  • Generate reports for leadership to monitor key HR performance indicators.
