Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team at Empire City Damansara. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our business planning and corporate finance strategies. This position involves conducting financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning, as well as monitoring the performance of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning: Assist in the development and ongoing revision of the company’s business plan to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
2. Corporate Finance: Identify and evaluate financing solutions, manage corporate finance activities, and contribute to capital structure decisions.
3. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes and scenario planning.
4. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, benchmarking, and scenario analysis to provide actionable insights for business growth.
5. Strategic Initiatives: Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by developing and tracking KPIs to measure performance and impact.
6. Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, or a related area.
3. Key Skills:
   • Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analytics.
   • Proven experience in KPI development and scenario planning.
   • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
   • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
